At the price, the cable must be lower quality and the crimpers the same. 
  Certainly an expressed opinion as I've not seen them, but a reasonable 
set of crimpers will run you $30+ and I've not seen 1000' cable in that 
price range ever.

So, either it's a really good deal, or cheap stuff.  Just the same, 
probably would work fine for that one time wire the whole house deal.
