If you haven't booted it yet, it's still FAT32. IBM ships them as FAT32 due 
to their imaging system...but it converts on first boot while the XP setup 
runs.

...and I would recommend purchasing a copy of Partition Magic 8. It now 
includes backup capabilities that can be priceless on a multi-boot system.
