Yes.  I now know I won't be buying a Gigabyte motherboard.  Or any other
component, for that matter.

As for help with Gigabyte: I'd suggest perhaps contacting the Better
Business Bureau.  What they're doing is, unfortunately, most likely
legal, but significantly unethical.
