Just FYI: on OpenBSD you can set the VRF (aka "routing table" or
"routing domain") per socket with code like this:
int s, table;
s = socket(...);
table = 123;
setsockopt(s, IPPROTO_IP, SO_RTABLE, &table, sizeof(table));
