IP Management Software

you didn't specify "open source"' so I'll throw out IPControl by BT/INS.  I used it at my last place to manage about 100k+ DNS entries (3x /16s, misc blocks, RFC1918) and our DNS/DHCP servers.  Worked great but not cheap :)
