Advisory — D-root is changing its IPv4 address on the 3rd of January.

Yet you appear to have not read the announcement. :-)

Then people would complain "You didn't give us any warning". This is a
HEADSUP of an upcoming change.

3 weeks is not a lot of "advance warning".
