go daddy email administrator

Can I have a go daddy email admin shoot me a message off list?  Support will not work with me because I am not a customer, and it appears my corporate email domain is being throttled due to volume.  We are not a mass mail sender, however we send several thousand emails a day based on the size and nature of our business.
