[ale] HELP! Installing Linux over Windows

I'm a novice trying to learn which OS would work for my
company. I like what I read on Linux....but just learning. I
installed RH
v.9 over my XP system. Used the automatic partition feature
from RH to run a dual boot system from one HD. Linux installed
fine. However, I need to get back to XP and the system will
not allow me. How do I get back to a point to where I can pick
either Linux or Windows as the machine boots?
