[ale] telepest triggered question

Yesterday evening I was  bothered by a phone solicitor for my credit card 
company (wanting me to expand my credit and some other services). From the 
gentleman's accent, I would guess that he is a native of India, which 
triggered a thought of sorts. As a group, we are all too familiar with 
outsourcing support and programming jobs to nonUS locations. Has a similar 
trend hit the telemarketers? Does anybody know? Does it really matter?
